At Earth’s Elements Wholesale, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help!
Returns for Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, we will gladly accept returns within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order details and a photo of the damaged or defective item so we can assist you promptly. Return shipping for defective items will be covered by Earth’s Elements.
Returns for Non-Defective Items
If you wish to return an item that is not damaged or defective, returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt. Please note that a restocking fee of 10% may apply to non-defective returns. Return shipping for non-defective items will be the responsibility of the customer.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return or exchange.
Once your request is received, we will guide you through the process.
Important Notes:
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment once the returned items are received and inspected.
- Exchanges will be processed once the returned items are received and the new item is ready to ship.

- Refund Options:
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for items that are damaged, broken, or have discrepancies, within 10 days of receipt.
- Check Payments: Refunds will be issued as a check within 10 days of receipt of returned items. No cash refunds.
- Cash Payments: Refunds will be issued as a check within 10 days of receipt of returned items. No cash refunds.
- After 10 Days: Claims or discrepancies reported after 10 days will be processed as store credit only.
- No Refunds after 30 days from the date of receipt.
