Earths Elements Refund and Return Policies
We proudly stand behind our products — and we back them 100%. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, simply return it. We will be happy to take it back as long as all items are returned in original packaging and in unused, resalable (sellable) condition. We’ll email you a prepaid return label and apply a credit to your account for use toward a future order.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or contains a defective item, please contact us within 10 days of delivery at order@earthselements.com with your order number, item details, and clear photos.
Approved damaged or defective items may be returned for a credit on your account or a refund. Earths Elements will cover return shipping for approved damaged or defective items when applicable.
Non-Defective Returns
If you wish to return items that are not damaged or defective, requests must be submitted within 10 days of delivery.
Approved non-defective returns are eligible for credit on your account only. Return shipping for non-defective items is the responsibility of the customer, and all items must be returned in original, resalable condition.

- Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method for items that are damaged, broken, or have discrepancies, within 10 days of receipt.
- Check Payments: Refunds will be issued as a check within 10 days of receipt of returned items. No cash refunds.
- Cash Payments: Refunds will be issued as a check within 10 days of receipt of returned items. No cash refunds.
