Product Minimums

Any item ordered with fewer than the minimum quantity or incorrect multiples will automatically be adjusted to the closest minimum increments.

Shipping & Charges

All orders ship from Vista, CA.

The default shipment method will be the best rate via UPS Ground. By placing your order, you authorize shipping charges to be added to your original method of payment.

Rush Shipments

Requests for same-day shipments or pickups:

  • Orders up to $250 will incur a $20 Rush Fee.
  • Orders over $250 will incur a $30 Rush Fee.

Rush orders must be placed by 10 a.m. PST. Shipping charges will apply in addition to the rush fees.

Online Sellers

Earth’s Elements requires an agreement to sell our products through online portals. If you intend to sell our products on any online portal (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.), please contact us directly for approval.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

  • Returns for damaged or defective items are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
  • A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returns that are not damaged or defective.
  • Returns and exchanges must be initiated by contacting us at [email protected].
  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • We offer net 30-day terms to approved customers.
  • A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue invoices.
  • If an invoice is 60+ days past due, your account may be placed on hold until payment is received.

Product Warranty

We strive to offer the highest quality products, and we stand behind our goods.

  • All products are covered by a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects.
  • Warranty claims must be submitted with proof of purchase and detailed information about the defect.

Liability

  • Earth’s Elements is not responsible for any damages or losses that occur during shipping.
  • Claims for damages during shipping must be made directly with the shipping carrier.

Intellectual Property

All product images, logos, trademarks, and content on this site are the property of Earth’s Elements and cannot be used without written permission.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Any information you provide will be kept confidential and used solely for processing your orders. We will not share your information with third parties, except as required for order fulfillment or legal purposes.
