Order Minimums
- First-time orders: Minimum of $150.00
- Subsequent orders: Minimum of $100.00
Any item ordered with fewer than the minimum quantity or incorrect multiples will automatically be adjusted to the closest minimum increments.
Invoicing & Payments
Orders are typically pulled, packed, and invoiced within 24–72 hours, unless received over the weekend or while we are attending a trade show.
Once packed, the invoice will be emailed to you with a secure payment link.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. You are also welcome to call us to provide payment over the phone.
Shipping & Charges
All orders ship from Vista, CA.
The default shipment method is UPS Ground (best rate).
By placing your order, you authorize shipping charges to be added to your original method of payment.
Free Shipping
We offer free shipping (domestic only) on all orders $500 or more. (Excludes Alaska, Canada, Hawai’i and Puerto Rico)
Rush Shipments
If you have a deadline, please reach out to your sales rep or us directly and let us know you need a rush order. That way, we can make sure it is shipped as soon as possible. Otherwise, it will go in the queue that goes by order date. If you have questions and need an immediate response, please call your sales rep.
Backorders
Please indicate if you do NOT accept backorders.
- Backorders over $50 and/or less than 90 days old will be fulfilled and shipped free freight (domestic only).
- Backorders under $50 and/or older than 90 days will be automatically canceled, unless otherwise requested.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
- Returns for damaged or defective items are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
- A 10% restocking fee may apply to returns that are not damaged or defective.
- Returns and exchanges must be initiated by contacting us at [email protected].
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
Return Policy for Wholesale Orders
We offer a 10-business-day window for reporting damaged or defective merchandise.
If you receive an item in poor condition, please contact us with the item number(s) and photos for assistance.
Payment Terms
Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise agreed upon.
- We offer net 30-day terms only to approved customers.
- A late fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to overdue invoices.
- If an invoice is 60+ days past due, your account may be placed on hold until payment is received.
Product Warranty
We strive to offer the highest quality products, and we stand behind our goods. We will gladly offer to take back our products if they do not sell, and we’ll issue a credit on your account to use on a future order.

Online Sellers
Earths Elements requires an agreement to sell our products through online portals.
If you intend to sell our products on any online platform (Amazon, eBay, Etsy, etc.), please contact us for approval.
Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. Any information you provide will be kept confidential and used only for processing your orders. We will not share your information with third parties except as required for order fulfillment or legal purposes.
