If within 90 days certain items from your order don’t sell, you may return eligible products and receive store credit toward future orders.

This policy allows you to stock up for opportunities such as:

• in-store events
• workshops or special promotions
• seasonal displays
• introducing new product collections

For example, if you plan an event and would like to feature specific items from our collection, we encourage you to bring them in with confidence. If some of those items don’t sell during the event, you may return the remaining eligible products for store credit.

Product Return Guidelines

To keep this program fair and sustainable for everyone, returned items must meet the following conditions:

• Items must be in new, resellable condition
• Items must be returned in their original packaging
• Products must not have custom pricing labels or markings applied
• Items must be returned within 90 days of purchase

Once received and verified, store credit will be issued toward a future order.
