- Enter the code to access your account
🆕 Migrated from Our Old WooCommerce Site?
Important: Use the same email address you used on our previous website. This will automatically connect you to your existing wholesale account.
- No password needed - we'll send you a login code via email
- Your account history and information will be there waiting for you
- Make sure to use the exact same email address from your old account
📧 Can't Find the Login Code Email?
- Check your spam or junk folder
- Make sure you entered the correct email address
- Wait a few minutes - emails can sometimes be delayed
- Try requesting a new code
- Still nothing? Contact us and we'll help you get in
❌ "Email Not Found" or Can't Access Your Account?
- Double-check that you're using the same email from your old WooCommerce account
- Try any alternate email addresses you may have used
- Contact our wholesale team - we can look up your account and verify your email
🔒 Account Not Approved Yet?
New wholesale accounts require approval before you can place orders. If you've just registered, please allow 1-2 business days for our team to review and approve your account. You'll receive an email once approved.
